What are my options to sell a burial plot?
We offer three different options: Cash offer, sell at a suggested price, or name your own price. You can choose what is best for you!
When do we get paid?
Cash offers are paid in 10 business days pending approval of paperwork and inspection of the property. Listing sales are paid when the buyer pays in full, and the property is transferred to the new owner at the cemetery office.
What are the other costs?
The cost to transfer property to the new owner is paid directly to the cemetery by the new owner. There are no hidden costs for sellers.
Why does the cemetery want the original Certificate of Ownership?
All cemeteries require the original certificate of ownership to be surrendered to the office at the time of ownership transfer. All documents are safe and secure in our office until the time of transfer.
No certificate? No problem, write us a note stating you have searched but cannot find the certificate and our experienced team will do the rest for you.
Where do I mail the signed documents?
You can mail the documents to: 127 N San Mateo Drive, Suite 2, San Mateo, CA 94401. You will receive a letter acknowledging receipt of your documents when received in our office.
